Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in Create With Me™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These guidelines exist to protect the integrity of the community, support a respectful experience for all participants, and establish clear expectations.

1. Program Overview

Create With Me™ is a Christ-centered creative stewardship community for Christian women.

The program is designed to help participants faithfully cultivate their written and visual gifts through Scripture, reflection, community, and intentional creative practice.

Create With Me focuses on written and visual expression, including but not limited to:

• Journaling

• Reflective and devotional writing

• Poetry and storytelling

• Drawing and sketching

• Illustration

• Visual journaling

• Visual design

The purpose of Create With Me is not performance, productivity, or artistic achievement.

The purpose is faithful stewardship.

Our guiding principle is:

Faithful Stewardship Over Perfect Performance.

2. Program Structure

Each monthly experience includes:

• Four live Scripture-centered sessions

• Stewardship Groups for encouragement and accountability

• Reflection & Creation Invitations

• Optional Stewardship Studio sessions

• One dedicated week of reflection and rest

Live sessions are held virtually through Zoom on Saturdays.

Participants may choose the available session time offered for their monthly cohort.

Program elements, schedules, and resources may vary slightly from month to month.

3. Enrollment & Participation

Enrollment is intentional and may be limited.

Enrollment applies only to the month selected and does not automatically renew unless otherwise stated.

By enrolling, participants acknowledge that:

• Consistent participation enhances the experience

• Community thrives through respectful engagement

• Personal growth requires individual responsibility

• Sharing is encouraged but never required

Create With Me is designed to be participatory rather than passive.

4. Community Expectations

Participants agree to:

• Engage respectfully with fellow members

• Demonstrate kindness, honesty, and Christian character

• Respect differing experiences and perspectives

• Maintain the privacy and dignity of others

• Contribute positively to the community environment

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the safety, integrity, or experience of the community.

Removal due to misconduct does not qualify for a refund.

5. Confidentiality

Create With Me values trust, vulnerability, and respectful community.

Participants agree not to share, distribute, or publicly disclose:

• Personal stories shared by members

• Prayer requests

• Private discussions

• Screenshots from meetings or community spaces

• Creative work shared privately without permission

While participants are expected to honor confidentiality, Create With Me cannot guarantee the actions of individual members.

6. Intellectual Property

All Create With Me materials, teachings, frameworks, resources, recordings, and supporting content remain the intellectual property of PS9 unless otherwise stated.

Participants may not:

• Reproduce or resell materials

• Share paid resources outside the community

• Record sessions without written permission

• Distribute program content publicly

Participants retain ownership of their own original creative work.

7. Spiritual & Educational Disclaimer

Create With Me is a faith-based educational and community experience.

The program is intended for spiritual encouragement, creative stewardship, reflection, accountability, and community support.

Create With Me does not provide:

• Therapy

• Mental health treatment

• Licensed counseling

• Medical advice

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

Participants are responsible for seeking qualified professional support when needed.

8. Results Disclaimer

Individual experiences will vary.

We do not guarantee:

• Spiritual outcomes

• Creative outcomes

• Personal breakthroughs

• Project completion

• Business growth

• Financial results

• Audience growth or recognition

Growth depends upon many factors, including participation, consistency, personal effort, and individual circumstances.

9. Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for securing the materials and technology necessary for participation.

Recommended materials include:

• Internet access

• Zoom access

• A notebook and/or sketchbook

• Writing and drawing materials

Participants are responsible for maintaining their own technology and internet connection.

10. Payments & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the program, live instruction, community access, and reserved placement within a cohort, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Missed sessions

• Scheduling conflicts

• Failure to attend

• Change of mind

• Lack of participation

• Removal due to misconduct

If Create With Me is canceled by PS9 before the program begins, participants will be notified regarding available options.

11. Program Modifications

PS9 reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to:

• Session schedules

• Facilitators

• Program delivery

• Community organization

• Educational materials

• Supporting resources

Any significant changes will be communicated appropriately.

12. Agreement

By enrolling in Create With Me, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

• You agree to abide by community expectations

• You understand the nature and purpose of the program

• You accept responsibility for your own participation and engagement
