1. Nature of Services

Psalm Studio 9 provides one-on-one creative guidance rooted in faith, reflection, and creative expression. Services may include discussion, prompts, creative exercises, and optional follow-up communication.

These services are educational, spiritual, and creative in nature only and do not constitute therapy, mental health counseling, medical advice, or any licensed professional service.

2. No Professional or Clinical Relationship

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• • No therapist-client, medical, or clinical relationship is formed

• • Services are not a substitute for licensed care

• • You are responsible for seeking professional support where needed

3. Client Responsibility

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being throughout and after your engagement.

Results are not guaranteed.

4. Christ-Centered Framework

This is a Christ-centered space. By participating, you agree to engage with respect, integrity, and consideration for the nature of the environment.

Psalm Studio 9 reserves the right to refuse or terminate services, in good faith, where participation becomes disruptive, inappropriate, or misaligned.

5. Confidentiality

Your information will be handled with reasonable care and discretion.

However:

• • Electronic communication is not fully secure

• • Disclosure may occur if required by law

• • Disclosure may occur if there is a reasonable risk of harm to yourself or others

6. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• • Sessions must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance

• • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given:

• • The session may be forfeited

• Missed sessions without notice (“no-shows”) will result in full forfeiture of the session fee.

• Repeated cancellations or missed sessions may result in termination of services.

7. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Payment

All sessions must be paid in full prior to booking unless otherwise agreed. Payment secures your session time and reserves availability.

Partial Refunds (72+ Hour Cancellations)

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 60% refund.

The remaining 40% is retained as a non-refundable reservation fee, reflecting time held and lost booking opportunities.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable

• • No-shows result in forfeiture of the full session fee

Discretionary Refunds

Additional refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Psalm Studio 9, and evaluated in good faith.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Facilitator Cancellations

If Psalm Studio 9 cancels a session, you will be offered:

• • A rescheduled session, or

• • A full refund

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this agreement limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Communication & Follow-Up

Where follow-up support is included:

• • Responses are provided within [24–48 business hours]

• • Communication is limited to agreed channels

• • Follow-ups are supplemental and do not replace sessions

Urgent or excessive communication may be redirected to scheduled sessions or declined.

9. Termination of Services

Psalm Studio 9 may terminate services, in good faith, if:

• • Boundaries are repeatedly violated

• • Conduct is inappropriate or unsafe

• • The service is no longer appropriate

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are the intellectual property of Psalm Studio 9 and are for personal use only.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of outcomes or results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psalm Studio 9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

Nothing in this section excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psalm Studio 9 from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes shall be resolved within New York.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Psalm Studio 9.

17. Agreement

By booking or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

This space is held with intention.
These terms simply protect that—so what’s built here can remain honest and undisturbed.
